weston-wfits: additional workaround for Weston SDK 1.0.x

This is a follow-up to 5b1efd6c34d1421f68847473d4cbb2551a1edcf4
...need to wrap the <weston/compositor.h> include file with
extern C {...} to fix runtime library undefined symbols.
