RADEON: use DSTCACHE_CTLSTAT rather than RB2D_DSTCACHE_CTLSTAT

According to the hw guys, you should use DSTCACHE_CTLSTAT to flush
the 2D dst cache rather than RB2D_DSTCACHE_CTLSTAT.
