pa.md (reload_insi, [...]): Use new "Z" constraint instead of "z" constraint.

* pa.md (reload_insi, reload_outsi): Use new "Z" constraint instead
of "z" constraint.
(load HIGH patterns): Rewrite to not show DP relocation.
