rtpfunnel: various cleanups

* Organize GstRtpFunnelPad and GstRtpFunnel separately
* Use G_GNUC_UNUSED instead of (void) casts
* Don't call an event "caps"
* Use semicolons after GST_END_TEST (helps gst-indent)
