    * config/tc-mips.c (load_address): Don't use mips III or mips IV
        insns regardless of the size of a pointer if we're in mips I or
        MIPS II mode.
        (macro, macro2, s_cprestore, s_cpadd): Likewise.
Fix problems in recent code to handle address sizes more sanely.
