audio: disable tl1 acodec dac dapm to depop [1/1]

PD#TV-3933

Problem:
Tl1 acodec has pop sound when first sound appear.

Solution:
Disable the DAPM which disable/enable every time
start/stop the audio stream.

Verify:
Tl1 X301.
