    - Fix missing MODULE_DEVICE_TABLE() needed for module aliases.

    - Fix missing enable of some channels.
    - Fix a typo in previous patch that meant one channel still wasn't enabled.
   xilinx,xadc
    - Carrying on incorrectly after allocation error."
