Fix copy/paste errors in opundef assembly tests

The tests were using %is_nan_0 repeatedly instead of %is_nan_<i>

Affects: dEQP-VK.spirv_assembly.instruction.graphics.opundef.*
(likely only the vec4float32 and matrix subsets)
