dt-bindings: arm-smmu: Add compatible for Tegra234 SOC

The NVIDIA Tegra234 SoC comes with one single-instance ARM SMMU used by
isochronous memory clients and two dual-instance ARM SMMUs used by non-
isochronous memory clients.
