Compilation fix for DRAW_LAYER_DEBUG mode

Also included /usr/local/lib/ as alternate path to /usr/lib/ for finding layer shaders
LayerManagerPlugins/Renderers/Graphic/src/GraphicSystems/GLESGraphicSystem.cpp
