Merge remote-tracking branch 'kraxel/usb.73' into staging

* kraxel/usb.73:
  ehci-sysbus: Attach DMA context.
  usb: fail usbdevice_create() when there is no USB bus
  usb: tag usb host adapters as not hotpluggable.
