* Makefile.am (BFD32_BACKENDS): Remove tekhex.lo.
(BFD32_BACKENDS_CFILES): Remove tekhex.c.
* Makefile.in: Rebuild.
* aclocal.m4, configure, src/Makefile.in: Rebuild with current
automake and autoconf.
