USB: amldevread data failed [1/1]

PD#SWPL-5292

Problem:
g12b-revB, some u disk amldevread test failed.

Solution:
Changing the register 0x54 to 0x2a, enabled the hs rx idle noise filter,
and the abnormal u-disk has no problem in the amldevread test.
