* configure.host, configure.tgt: Add entries for
powerpc64-*-linux, selecting powerpc/ppc64-linux.mh and
powerpc/linux.mt.
* config/powerpc/ppc64-linux.mh, config/powerpc/nm-ppc64-linux.mh:
