Enable the use of "link -lib" as the wrapped archiver.

* lib/ar-lib: Enable the use of "link -lib" as the wrapped
archiver, as well as allowing some other options to be passed
through to the wrapped archiver.
* tests/ar-lib.test: Test the above.
