libs/gst/check/gstcheck.h: Allow check tests to use

* libs/gst/check/gstcheck.h: Allow check tests to use
MAIN_START_THREADS()/MAIN_STOP_THREADS() multiple times. Also allows
CK_FORK=no to be used with multiple check test that use threads.
