audio: when audio hdmirx is unstable, mute all input buffer [1/2]

PD#SWPL-12104

Problem:
when hdmirx timing switching, pop noise.

Solution:
when audio hdmirx is unstable, mute all input buffer

Verify:
T962x2 x301
