usb: renesas_usbhs: avoid NULL pointer derefernce in usbhsf_pkt_handler()
When unexpected situation happened (e.g. tx/rx irq happened while
DMAC is used), the usbhsf_pkt_handler() was possible to cause NULL
pointer dereference like the followings:
