testsuite: Remove TRANSCRIPT support

TRANSCRIPT is superseeded by the .in, .cmd and .debug files, and
can be removed.

* README (Running the Testsuite): Change example.
(Testsuite Parameters): Remove TRANSCRIPT.
* lib/gdb.exp: Remove TRANSCRIPT check.
