Merge branch 'jbolz_pipeline_image_view_fixes' into 'master'

Fixes for pipeline.image_view tests

Fix swizzle for integer formats. The "1.0f" needs to be swizzled in before scaling.

Fix 3D texture subresource creation, for lod_base_mip_level tests.
