* gdb.base/sigbpt.exp (stepi_out): FAIL when inserting a
single-step breakpoint fails; make this a KFAIL on
sparc*-*-openbsd*.
* gdb.base/siginfo.exp: Likewise.
* gdb.base/sigstep.exp (advance, advancei): Likewise.
