[ARM] fix big.LITTLE spec rewriting

gcc/

* common/config/arm/arm-common.c
(arm_rewrite_mcpu): Handle multiple names.
* config/arm/arm.h
(BIG_LITTLE_SPEC): Do not discard mcpu switches.
