Merge branch 'sched-urgent-for-linus' of git://git./linux/kernel/git/tip/tip

Pull scheduler fixes from Thomas Gleixner:
 "Two fixes for scheduler regressions:

   - Plug a subtle race condition which was introduced with the rework
of the next task selection functionality. The change of task
properties became unprotected which can be observed inconsistently
     causing state corruption.

   - A trivial compile fix for CONFIG_CGROUPS=n"
