Integration with security-manager

* Removed dependency on libprivilege-control: perm_app_set_privilege()
  switched to security_manager_prepare_app()
* amd_session_agent gets CAP_MAC_ADMIN, CAP_MAC_OVERRIDE and CAP_SETGID for
  Smack label management
* Fix semantics - launching apps by appId
