Added `AC_SUBST(libgtop_postinstall)'. This is used in

* gnome-libgtop-sysdeps.m4 (libgtop_postinstall):
Added `AC_SUBST(libgtop_postinstall)'. This is used in
`src/daemon/Makefile.am' to make the server suid root or
sgid kmem if required.
