Compile FastCloneShallowObjectStub using Crankshaft.

Compile FastCloneShallowObjectStub using Crankshaft.

This changes FastCloneShallowObjectStub to be compiled independent of
the target architecture. It also adds tracing to the deoptimizer for
compiled stubs and contains some minor bugfixes.
