perf build: Remove unused HAVE_GLIBC_SUPPORT

perf build: Remove unused HAVE_GLIBC_SUPPORT

HAVE_GLIBC_SUPPORT is only used in `perf version --build-options` but
doesn't control any behavior. Remove from the build to simplify it.
