V4L/DVB: tm6000: Add request at Req07/Req08 register definitions

V4L/DVB: tm6000: Add request at Req07/Req08 register definitions

Use a pair Req/Reg for all registers at req07 and req08 groups. This
makes easier to replace them at the code with a script and helps to
avoid using the wrong req with some register.
