dts: S905Y2 can not switch adb/usb. [1/1]

PD#SWPL-13103

Problem:
S905Y2 can not use adb.

Solution:
config dts, and switch the state in uboot.
setenv otg_device 0 or 1.

Verify:
verify by faraday.
