Fixed window unshowed issue

[Issue#] N_SE-44053, N_SE-43973
[Problem] After enable process pool, window isn't showed
[Cause] x server doesn't prepared to show application x window
[Solution] Call x window show one more time after set webview
[SCMRequest] N/A
