Symbolic link pointed by GetVCoreDatabaseFilePath will be removed.

[Bug]       N/A
[Cause]     N/A
[Solution]  GetVCoreDatabaseFilePath points to database directly, now.

[Verification] build all repositories, tests for wrt-installer must pass
as before.
