s5pc110: suspend/resume support issues mitigated

Fixed Issues:
- unstable resume (freezes occasionally)
- HW Revision number corruption (probably GPIO related issue)
- USB Download

Known Issues:
- unnecessary wake-up routines (needs to be cleaned)
- current mismatch between before-suspend and after-suspend
- current not low enough (will follow kernel suspend/resume)
- Slow wake-up time.
- Some regulators need to be turned off forcibly.
