yocto-bsp: set SRCREV for arm-based qemu machines

arm-based qemu machines won't boot with the default 3.8 machine SRCREV
because it's missing the commit 'arm: add dummy swizzle for versatile
with qemu', so we need to use a SRCREV that has it merged.
