tizen: amlogic: remove obsolete TIZEN_AMLOGIC_USE_VENDOR_KERNEL option

After a fix to vendor kernel, the workaround enabled by the
TIZEN_AMLOGIC_USE_VENDOR_KERNEL option is no longer needed.
