BACKPORT: LSM: Remove a comment from security.h

BACKPORT: LSM: Remove a comment from security.h

Remove the large comment describing the content of the
security_operations structure from security.h. This
wasn't done in the previous (2/7) patch because it
would have exceeded the mail list size limits.
