Lose leftover, unwired pagesize db option
- db->set_pagesize() got semi-accidentally nuked in commit
  f2957887fb7f80c2dbf6f0b4973c72ca66b0d2e8 but we really dont want
  folks to mess with this anyway - filesystem I/O block size is generally
  the best performing and safest option here.
