kernel/watchdog.c: use better pr_fmt prefix

After commit 73ce0511c436 ("kernel/watchdog.c: move hardlockup
detector to separate file"), 'NMI watchdog' is inappropriate in
kernel/watchdog.c, using 'watchdog' only.
