* configure.in:  Make a link for sysdep.h.  Specify commontargets.
* sysdep-norm.h:  The usual alloca declarations.
* sysdep-aix.h:  What AIX 3.1 on RS/6000 needs for alloca.
* history.c, readline.c:  Use sysdep.h.
