vdin: XGIMI,keytone,Wake up after STR stb,screen is always black [1/1]

PD#SWPL-12972

Problem:
vdin regs has been set to default when entering suspend.

Solution:
don't set regs since upper layer will not start again after resume.

Verify:
verified by t962x2_x301
