* pthread_support.c: Fix stack size sanity check for Solaris.
* specific.c: Use for non-Linux platforms.
* include/private/thread_local_alloc.h: GC-remove_specific always
takes an argument.
* configure.ac: Enable thread-local allocation on Solaris.
* configure: Regenerate.
