* configure.ac: Add tests for TD_VERSION and TD_NOTLS.
* linux-thread-db.c (thread_db_err_str): Recognize TD_NOTALLOC,
TD_VERSION, and TD_NOTLS.
* configure, config.in: Regenerated.
