[Tizen 3.0][Mobile] Use the prebuilt gold instead of the system gold

Using the binutils-gold of system had a crash in the Tizen 3.0 Mobile
(mobile-wayland-arm64-n4 Image).

This is the temporary solution. It will be removed after fixing
the problem by Platform team.
