Add CONFIG_V2G_BRIDGE for X86 platform.

For early camera only supports intel graphics, and it will cause
compiling errors when building as arm platform. Add CONFIG_V2G_BRIDGE
and modify the related Kconfig and Makefile, and enable early camera
feature only in X86 platforms.
