dts: Add new dts files for S400 SBR [1/3]

PD#SWPL-4435

Problem:
    adapt Soundbar solution to S400 SBR platform

Solution:
    new dts file axg_s400_v03sbr.dts changed from axg_s400_v03.dts
    add reference remote control mapping in mesonaxg.dtsi
    add tas5782m

Verify:
    S400+D621 A113D
