Remove obsolete vorbistag element and debug category.

* gst/playback/gstplaybasebin.c: (check_queue):
Don't divide by 0 when queue-threshold is 0.

* sys/ximage/ximagesink.c: (gst_ximagesink_set_property):
Don't modify an existing pixel-aspect-ratio if we fail to read
a new one.
