It has been tested with:
  scons -f resource/csdk/stack/samples/tizen/build/SConscript \
    TARGET_OS=tizen LOGGING=TRUE RELEASE=0 \
    SECURED=1 WITH_TCP=1 TARGET_TRANSPORT=IP,BT
