xhci: mem: Use dma_poll_zalloc() instead of explicit memset()

Use dma_poll_zalloc() instead of explicit memset() call in
xhci_alloc_stream_ctx(). Note, that dma_alloc_coherent() is
always issues zeroed memory chunk.
