Use Linux 4.15 in build-many-glibcs.py.

This patch makes build-many-glibcs.py use Linux 4.15.  Other glibc
updates for Linux 4.15 can wait until after the 2.27 release.

* scripts/build-many-glibcs.py (Context.checkout): Default Linux
version to 4.15.
