'everything' apps plugin:
- copied dir scanner from exebuf, finds now all the stuff that showed up in exebuf
 - should have an option to be disabled by default. most people will only use
   -desktops anyway
- use shared hash for apps and 'open with' plugin
- added 'run command' action
