* Makefile.in (DISTCLEAN_HERE): New variable.
(distclean): Use it.
(maintainer-clean): Depend upon clean-here rather than clean,
distclean, and clean-info.  Run make maintainer-clean in doc.
Remove files listed in DISTCLEAN_HERE.
* doc/Makefile.in (maintainer-clean realclean): Split out from
distclean.  Depend upon clean-info and distclean.
